Kevin L. Morris is a shareholder at Kennedy, PC Law Offices. Mr. Morris has extensive litigation experience in state and federal court including representing individuals and business in mediation and arbitration hearings as well as administrative hearings. Mr. Morris represents long-term care providers in Pennsylvania and Maryland in Medicaid eligibility appeals, guardianships, estate administration, and collection matters.
Mr. Morris also handles civil and commercial litigation involving breach of contract and business disputes. Mr. Morris has successfully tried a number of jury and bench trials to verdict and has served as local counsel for business and law firms in commercial litigation disputes in counties throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Morris assists fiduciaries in the administration of estates for individuals or trusts.
Prior to joining Kennedy PC, Law Offices, Mr. Morris handled a wide range of criminal matters and civil litigation, including auto tort and complex premises liability cases involving toxic exposures.
Mr. Morris graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011 and Lycoming College in 2008. Mr. Morris is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
