Andrew R. Eisemann

Andrew R. Eisemann concentrates his practice on protecting the legal and financial interests of health care facilities in multiple states in the areas of creditors' rights, liquidation of accounts receivable, Medicaid eligibility, collections, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in Debtor and Creditor Law, Bankruptcy Law, Contracts, and Veterans' Rights and Benefits. Mr. Eisemann frequently writes and lectures on subjects related to collections and management of accounts receivable for health care facilities. He was previously a Partner at Capozzi Adler, P.C and an Attorney at the Law Offices of Markian R. Slobodian in Harrisburg where he practiced in civil litigation, commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy law. He has represented numerous creditors, debtors, and a Chapter 7 Trustee in Bankruptcy Court. He also previously served a two-year term as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward Guido of Cumberland County.

Military: Mr. Eisemann retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army with 27 years of Regular Army and Active Reserve service in Field Artillery and Special Operations, including multiple assignments overseas and a deployment to Iraq.

Positions and Accomplishments

Mr. Eisemann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania State Courts, New York State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Veterans' Appeals in Washington, D.C. He a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. He serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Health Care Law Committee. In 2007, the PBA recognized Mr. Eisemann with its Leadership Award. He is active in the community as the Vice Commander and Staff Judge Advocate of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Carlisle and as a member of the Capital Region Veterans’ Coalition.
