Mr. Fleischer represents long term care providers in Medicaid eligibility, guardianship, collection and estate administration matters. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Florida. He has been practicing law for over fifteen years.
Prior to joining Kennedy PC, Law offices, Mr. Fleischer practiced in a prominent elder law firm where he assisted clients in Medicaid, estate administration, guardianship and estate planning matters. He also contributed to a well-known elder law treatise.
Mr. Fleischer received an LL.M. in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University in 2009. He also graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003 where he was an associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review.
Mr. Fleischer resides with his family in the Philadelphia area and enjoys jogging, traveling, spending time with family and being active in his local synagogue.
