Benjamin Glatfelter is a shareholder of Kennedy, PC Law Offices. Mr. Glatfelter, a graduate of Gettysburg College and Suffolk University School of Law, joined Kennedy, PC Law Offices in 2006. His practice focuses on representing long-term care providers in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey in Medicaid eligibility appeals, guardianships and collection matters. Mr. Glatfelter also works with CCRCs and individual long-term care facilities for a variety of licensure and regulatory and compliance matters, including the drafting and revision of admission agreements.
