Benjamin J. Glatfelter, Esquire

Benjamin Glatfelter, a graduate of Gettysburg College and Suffolk University School of Law, joined Kennedy, PC Law Offices in 2006.  As an associate in the firm’s Harrisburg office, his practice focuses on representing long-term care providers in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey in Medicaid eligibility appeals, guardianships and collection matters.  Mr. Glatfelter also spends much of his time working with CCRCs and individual long-term care facilities for a variety of licensure and regulatory and compliance matters, including the drafting and revision of admission agreements.
