Ms. Davis focuses her practice on advising and representing the long-term care industry in matters of Medicaid eligibility appeals, guardianships, collections, and general civil and orphans' court litigation, including obtaining payment through the estate administration process. Ms. Davis represents For-Profit and Not-For-Profit facilities and ensures creditor compliance with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act is maintained throughout the collections process.

Prior to joining Kennedy, PC, Ms. Davis practiced primarily within the areas of Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) law. Ms. Davis initially served as a disability advocate through a corporate subsidiary of a large long-term disability insurance provider seeking SSD benefits on behalf of claimants nationwide. Subsequently, Ms. Davis worked as an associate for a growing national Social Security disability law firm handling SSD/SSI matters from initial application through various levels of appeal. Ms. Davis has presented hundreds of disability cases at the hearing level before Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR), both nationally and in the greater Philadelphia region, and also argued before the Railroad Retirement Board and the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. As a result, Ms. Davis has extensive knowledge regarding the SSD and SSI process and regulations and understands the impact of physical and mental impairments which impose vocational limitations, and other functional limitations, on adults and children with disabilities.

Ms. Davis lives in the greater Harrisburg Area with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
